If you’ve ever climbed Mt. Everest, you probably had a kick*** sherpa.

Okay, so most of us haven’t climbed Mt. Everest, but maybe you’ve heard of a Sherpa?

A Sherpa is an expert mountaineer known for helping lead treks up Mt. Everest. They are highly skilled, well aware of the terrain, and highly regarded for their experience and know-how.  As a business broker, I am like a deal sherpa. I bring a team of experts to help our clients get to the top of their “mountain”: buying or selling a business. 
Statistics show selling a small business is the biggest financial feat that a small business owner will accomplish in their life. As your business grows, your attorney or CPA will often let you know when things are looking good and it’s appropriate to sell.  Or, maybe you’ll just have a desire to sell because you’re looking to get more, or something different, out of life. 

The decision to sell is like getting all of your mountain climbing gear ready to go, and standing at the foot of Everest. 

You could try to climb it alone - but that would be ridiculous, because there’s a Sherpa waiting at the foot of the mountain with you. <<that’s us, here to serve<<

An experienced Sherpa, who’s led tons of teams up this mountain. Why on earth would you go alone?

We create the marketing materials necessary to present your business in the best light possible, then show it off to the VIP’s we know, looking to buy. 

Manage Offers and Negotiate

As the offers come in, we help you sort through them, and negotiate. 

Deal Structure

We help you make the deal, and get things all drawn up for closing. During your closing, we are there every step of the way (we wouldn’t leave you at the top of the mountain!)

Post Closing

And like a good Sherpa, we are there to take your pictures, and help you transition after the mountain has been conquered. 

Selling a business is a big, freakin’ deal. It takes SO MUCH time, and any mistake can be quite costly.
